The grinding cap set includes 10 high-quality grinding caps with medium grit for effective processing of various materials. These specially designed caps are ideal for use on the rubber carrier (cap holder), which, thanks to its robust construction with a steel pin, allows for long-term use. Due to hygiene requirements, each grinding cap is intended for single use, while the cap holder can be easily and safely disinfected in an ultrasonic bath.
With excellent temperature resistance up to 121°C, these grinding caps are also well-suited for demanding applications.
Optimized Speeds for Different Sizes
- Ø5 mm: Up to 12,000 RPM for fine work and detail work
- Ø7 mm: Up to 10,000 RPM, ideal for general grinding tasks
- Ø10 mm: Up to 8,000 RPM for larger areas
- Ø13 mm: Up to 7,000 RPM, perfect for robust materials
