Verifiable Bar Sealing Device according to EN ISO 11607-2

The proven MELAseal 200 combines reliable technology, functionality, and comfort with the compact dimensions of a bar sealing device. And above all: it is verifiable! Just 90 seconds after switching on, the sealing device is ready for use. The clear sterilization packaging is securely sealed in just 3 seconds without pause. All parameters of the generated seal seam are monitored and displayed. The MELAseal 200 features two USB interfaces for documentation with the included USB stick or for connection to a PC with the documentation software MELAtrace.

For the MELAseal 200, four roll holders are available, which can be directly attached to the device or to the wall. In the „standard“ roll holder, the rolls are located behind the device, while in the „comfort“ and „deluxe“ roll holders, as well as the wall roll holder, the MELAfol rolls are space-savingly hung above the MELAseal 200. The „deluxe“ roll holder is additionally equipped with a feed device that makes advancing the MELAfol rolls very pleasant and comfortable with a handwheel.
